Three kids, ages 4 to 10, and baby number four on the way. These studio maternity photos with kids gave this family a chance to pause and remember life together before welcoming their newest little one.
We made time for Mom’s quiet portraits by the window, a few moments with Dad, and all three kids gathered close. The snuggles and laughs are what make this gallery feel like them.
If you’re planning maternity photos in the Tulsa or Owasso area, here’s how we can make room for your whole family.

Can Siblings be included?
Yes. Your children are already part of this baby’s story, and maternity photos with siblings give you a way to remember them at these ages, too.
Your children don’t need to arrive knowing how to pose. I give them simple things to do, like hug Mom, snuggle beside her, or tell her something funny.
With children ages 4 to 10, we can adjust those directions to fit their personalities. Some love being close to the belly. Others would rather make Mom laugh.
We’ll work toward the photograph where everyone looks at the camera, then give them room to interact. That gives you variety without asking your kids to hold a perfect pose the whole time.

Do you still get maternity portraits on your own?
Absolutely. Bringing your family doesn’t mean giving up your individual maternity portraits.
During this session, we made time for Mom on her own by the window. The soft light and simple setting kept the attention on her.
When you’re expecting your fourth baby, you’re still taking care of three other children. Pregnancy happens between school days, snacks, bedtime, and someone needing help finding a shoe.
A few quiet minutes for yourself belong in this session, too.
Making time for Mom and Dad
We also included photographs of Mom and Dad together.
Once you have children, photographs of just the two of you can become rare. A maternity session gives us time to stand close, share a look, and laugh together before your family grows again.
Your finished gallery can include couple portraits alongside your individual photographs and the moments with your children.

What should your family wear for studio maternity photos?
Start with an outfit you feel comfortable wearing, then choose coordinating colors for your partner and children. The soft, neutral clothing in this session worked well with the studio setting. It helped keep the attention on expressions, hands resting on the belly, and the way everyone leaned close. Cream, beige, and other soft tones are an easy starting point. Everyone’s outfit can be different while still working together. Choose clothing your children can sit and cuddle in comfortably. If an outfit needs constant adjusting at home, it may be distracting during photographs, too.
What if your kids don’t cooperate?
Your children don’t need to behave like tiny professional models.
I’ll guide you with simple directions and adjust how we involve them. A younger child may enjoy a belly hug, while an older child might prefer standing beside Mom or making her laugh.
We’ll work toward the photographs where everyone looks at the camera and leave room for interaction, too. The laughing family photographs often become favorites because you recognize your own family in them.
